Adult Freestyle Clinics

Premier is proud to offer a 6-week clinic aimed to improve the level of technique and conditioning in adult triathletes and open-water swimmers. These clinics will build on each other over the course of six sessions, allowing swimmers to build up the level of comfort and confidence in the water. Sessions are limited to the first 20 participants registered to ensure personal attention for everyone in attendance.

Adult Aerobics

Premier Aquatics is currently in the process of planning more future adult swim opportunities. Whether you are interested in basic swim techniques, advancing your competitive swim strokes, or maintaining your fitness goals, Premier will have an aquatic activity for you.
