Premier Aquatics is currently hiring for year-round admin/customer service positions in our Aliso Viejo locations, as well as seasonal positions at all of our other locations countywide. Year-round positions are offered both full-time and part-time. The Admin/Customer Services’ role is to manage the day to day operations of our facilities, while maintaining a high level of customer communication and service, and helping to support our growing business. Admins work at our aquatics facilities and their daily tasks include utilization of our online scheduling system, assistance with customers changing and registering for classes, and sales of our retail items. In addition, admins will be responsible for the sales of daily lap swim passes and member check-in processes. Lastly, admin/ will be responsible for the decoration of our facilities to celebrate all seasonal holidays.

In order to work as an admin/customer service team member with Premier Aquatics, you must be training in CPR/AED and First Aid by the American Red Cross, as well as attend Premiers admin training program. The program includes online training courses, as well as in-person training times. The training includes familiarizing you with our many systems that we utilize to help run our business. Once you have taken the required online training and have attended the in-person training days, you will be added to the admin schedule. All training is paid. Lastly, this job involves cash handling training which will be done on site on your first days of work.
