To start, log in to your When I Work account. Under your profile you will see an option/tab for availability, select that, from the calendar view click on any date and start updating your availability by adjusting the filters.
If this option is not available, it’s because the permissions are locked.
*Repeating your availability preferences can save you time.
*If you need a day off, when you are normally available, then you can request time off. Once your time off is approved, it will automatically update your availability for you.
*Do not leave any days blank.
RTO is submitted when you need time off for vacation or random days, but don’t necessarily want to change your entire availability.
RTO must be submitted BEFORE the schedule is published.
To request time off, click on the request time-off option, then select the dates you would like to request off. Please include a brief message about your RTO.
Once you have submitted the request, a manager will approve it as soon as possible.
