Paid Volunteer Application

Now that you have reached level 7, you are now eligible to be paid for up to 4 volunteer hours at a non-profit of your choosing. Simply fill out the application below and read through the requirements to receive your 4 hours of pay. Once we receive your application we will be in touch.

• Once approved you can make up to 4 hours of pay to volunteer and a non-profit of your choosing
• While you are volunteering you will need to be in a Premier uniform
• At least 4 pictures need to be taken of you volunteering and then send to sami@swimoc.com
