Premier Aquatics trains and staffs swim instructors for adults and children in our 5 locations countywide, and we are actively hiring new team members. Our swim instructors go through an intensive paid swim instructor training program, where we teach you to work hand in hand with children and adults of all abilities. Swim instructor must have the ability to commit to a quarterly schedule so that we can maintain consistency for our clients, however, quarterly schedule changes make this job perfect for anyone in school or someone who working another job.

About the Premier Aquatics Swim Instructor Training Program
Over the past 7 years, the management team at Premier Aquatics have worked tirelessly to create a comprehensive swim lesson training program, and swim instructor training program that will ensure that all of our staff are teaching using consistent, proven methods of teaching a love and respect for the water, and our participants are receiving the best instruction around. As a United States Swim School Association member school, our program is based on years of competitive swimming experience, our program pushes participants to be able to perform all 4 competitive swim strokes, so that they can work up to a USA Swimming sanctioned club swim program. For those of our swimmers who are simply looking to learn how to swim and be Safer in the water, our introductory levels are the perfect path which will guide them to be able to enjoy the water safely.
What Does the Training Program Consist Of?
The Premier Aquatics swim instructor training program consists of up to 6 weeks of part-time, PAID training. Training includes classroom work, online courses designed to educate instructor on basic child development, and of course, an in-water training program which gives each instructor candidate the ability to get hands-on with students before teaching solo.
