The lecture portion of our course will teach you everything you need to get started in the water. Topics to be reviewed will be:

In-Water Session (Monday-Thursday for 2 weeks)
The hands on portion of the training is one of the most important steps as you will be working with real students. Your training manager will be there to show you how things progress. The goal is for you to teach independently by the end of the two weeks. Remember that you need to make your training manager comfortable with your teaching capabilities by the end of the two weeks. If at any time your training manager does not feel the job is the right fit or that you are falling behind, they will dismiss you from the session. You will either be invited to the next one or dismiss you from the process if it seems it will not be the right fit for you.
