Regional Manager Office Extensions

In addition to your Regional Managers, you also have a manager on duty (MOD) who is designated to a specific loop each day.

A MOD is in charge of the daily operations within a loop. They can assist you with directions, facility equipment, or any other loop questions you might have. To contact/find your MOD, check your When I Work schedule.

Click HERE to watch a video.

If you have questions regarding a shift within the next two days, please contact the current MOD.

If you have questions regarding a shift more than two days away, your availability, or anything else involving When I Work, please reach out to your Regional Manager.

For questions about your swim instructor schedule, please email Tristan Saltonstall at tristan@swimoc.com.

For questions about your paycheck, please email payroll@swimoc.com

If you need your shift covered for any reason, the first thing you need to do is drop your shift on When I Work. After that, please send out a message in your loop chat and ask if anyone can pick up/trade your shift.

Please note, the shift is still your responsibility until it is picked up by another employee.

If you notice you are starting to feel sick and cannot make your shift, please call your Loop Manager immediately. If they do not answer, please call your Regional Manager. The sooner you inform us, the easier it is to find coverage. Once you have done that, please drop your shift and then send a message through your When I Work loop chat to see if anyone can pick up your shift.
