What makes Premier, Premier!
In 2011, Dan Berzansky started Premier Recreation Services as a full-service aquatic service and recreation programming company. At the time, Premier provided an array of services, including summer camp programming, after school programming, event planning services, lifeguard services, swim lesson and swim team services. In the first year of operation, Premier serviced just two contracts, Emerald Bay Community Association, and the City of Aliso Viejo.
Within three years, Premier had begun to experience incredible growth in the aquatics space, and by 2014 we had grown to service 10 contracts throughout the Orange County area.
In 2015, the decision was made to eliminate recreation and event planning from our service offering so that our team could focus solely on aquatic services, and at that time, we made a formal name change to Premier Aquatic Services (Premier Aquatics). At the same time, Premier formally launched Premier Health and Safety as a training company for private and public individuals and groups.
In 2019, Premier broke ground on its first Indoor swim school, and we added our third brand to our portfolio. Premier Swim Academy opened its doors in Rancho Cucamonga in July of 2020. In January of 2023, Premier opened its second indoor facility in Diamond Bar, CA after purchasing the former Maple Hill YMCA and converting it to an indoor swim school property.
Fast forwarding ahead to 2024, Premier Aquatics provides services to over 40 contracts and provides staffing to nearly 100 locations in Arizona, California, and Utah.
The Safer Swimmer
Founded in 2023 as the formal parent company of Premier, Safer Swimmer employs the management team which provides services like operations, HR, marketing, finance, and executive leadership.
Premier Aquatics
As for 2023, Premier Aquatics solely provides lifeguard services to private organizations, cities, HOA’s, municipalities, and governmental organizations.

Premier Health and Safety – Provides training to public and private groups, Trainings include lifeguard training through American Red Cross and Starguard Elite, CPR/AED and First Aid training through a number of organizations, and other private training courses upon request.

Premier Swim Academy
PSA is Premiers swim school and learn to swim brand focusing solely on learn to swim programs in our home pools (Aliso Viejo, Diamond Bar and Rancho Cucamonga), as well as seasonal remote lesson programs in Salt Lake City, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County.

As Premiers newest venture and founded in 2024, Premier Pool Management provides pool maintenance and repair services to commercial facilities throughout the Coachella Valley, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, and Orange County.
