Welcome to Premier Aquatics. Premier Aquatics is an aquatics service company based out of Orange County California. Premier’s primary focus is on safety in and around the water, and our passionate team of lifeguards, swim instructors, and administrators make it their daily goal to save lives one swim at a time. Every day, we have the opportunity to interact with hundreds of customers, whether they are swim lesson children or seniors in water aerobics class, our mission is the same for all of them: To provide safer fun for our community, and to create an exceptional customer experience through our innovative training, staffing, and programming.

This means that every detail from trash on the floor to the perfect back float are important. Without a solid foundation, we excellence cannot be achieved.
Staff Focused– As a company, we know that we are only as strong as our weakest link, therefore 70% of annual profit is re-invested into staff training and incentive programs. These programs ensure that each and every member of our team is driven to be excellent in whatever job they do within the team. From cleaning to toilets to lifeguarding, to teaching babies to be safer in the water, the team at Premier Aquatics strive to exceed expectations each and every day.
Customer Satisfaction Driven– Our ultimate goal is always customer satisfaction, but we know that if we continue to have love for what we do, attention to how we do it, and a staff that feels supported and empowered, our customers will always be happy. When we miss the mark (which we do from time to time), we adjust our course, resolve the issue, and learn from it so we don’t make the same mistake again.
