Premier Aquatic Services’ certified pool lifeguards and pool monitors will keep your community pools safe all season long. Our staff has the necessary training and experience to supervise facilities of any size, including facilities with multiple pools and attractions. This experience and training will help to ensure that we succeed at accomplishing our number one goal of preventing water-related injuries and to uphold our mission “to passionately create a safer experience, in and around the water.”
All of our lifeguards earn American Red Cross lifeguard certifications and are trained in-house by Premier’s management staff. In addition to state required certifications, we also require all lifeguards to attend in-service training during every scheduled shift to ensure that our staff is trained and ready to react in case of an emergency, whether the emergency involves water-related injuries, sudden illnesses, or basic first aid. Each staff member will be individually assessed to ensure that only the best team will represent our company on a daily basis.
