Premier Aquatics offers a number of year-round and summer swim team programs across Orange County. The Premier philosophy on swim team is that every child will have the opportunity to learn in very small groups, allowing our athletes to excel in the sport. Whether your child wants to learn swimming techniques, hone their strokes, or become experienced in a competitive environment, swim team is a fun challenge for everyone!
Premier is not a year-round competitive club swim program; however, we pride ourselves on building the best possible base for young developmental swimmers so when they choose to advance to a more competitive program, they will be years ahead of their competition. The Aliso Viejo Flying Fish swim team offers year-round swim team practices to prepare all swimmers for summer swim team competitions and practices across Orange County.
Premier swim team participants will learn all there is to know about the sport of swimming, including the four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, and breaststroke), starts and turns for all strokes, use of timing clock, diving, and lane etiquette.
